An alluring hint of singed hazelnut husk leads off, followed by dried cherry and red currant notes, plus a flurry of wood spice. Shows nice zip and length. A textbook version. Drink now

Offers a mix of gently steeped red and black cherry fruit laced with hints of hazelnut and licorice root, ending with a flash of red tea. Nicely done.

Lots of berries and chocolate aromas with roasted hazelnuts on the nose. Well-structured and focused with a full-bodied profile and plush tannins. More nutty influence on the palate balances the cassis liqueur character. Flavorful and long. Drink or hold.
