This is a sparkling wine with a serious side. Bready notes fill the nose including freshly-baked brioche, bread dough, yogurt, marmalade and lemon peel. The palate is fresh and effusive with notes of development that impart depth. A great find if you can score a bottle.

Pristine and reserved, freshly squeezed red-apple aromas circulate in the glass, followed by the faintest kiss of yogurt. The palate marries an orchard-fruit focus with refreshing bubbles and an underlying crisp acidity. Pair with charcuterie, fried dishes and roti.

This wine combines an attractive yeasty character with bright orchard fruit. Bready aromas lead on the nose followed by peach tart, orange zest and golden apple. The palate brings the flavors suggested on the nose into harmony with additional notes of yogurt and biscuit.

A precise, succulent and textural Saumur with notes of apples, ripe pears and sweet spices. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity. Bright and agile, with fine bubbles and a focused finish of excellent length. Drink or hold.
