Aging gracefully, this expressive red is fresh and harmonious. Notes of bay leaf, cedar and espresso are a fragrant overtone for ripe black currant and black olive flavors enmeshed with fine-grained tannins. This shows good focus and length through to the finish of milled pepper and graphite.

This is showing lovely berry-fruit character like mulberries and blackcurrants alongside coffee beans, chili-chocolate and wet earth. It’s medium-bodied, supple and well integrated with softened tannins. Cabernet sauvignon, touriga nacional and merlot. Drink now or hold.
