Laser-focused and impeccably dry, this sparkler has refined lemon and stone fruit flavors laced with mineral and blanched almond accents.
Saltines, pears, grapefruit, sea shells, praline and salted almonds. Textured and restrained with lovely pastry and biscuit notes and very fine bubbles. Dry and all in balance.
A bright sparkling with aromas of dried lemon, apricot, almond, chalk and brioche. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and a fine mousse. Energetic and mineral with a dry, focused finish.
