A hugely rich wine with opulent sweetness, honey and ripe sweet sultanas. It has a wonderful intensity of flavor, just hinting at acidity. It is beautiful to drink now, but will surely age.

A focused SGN, with tangy acidity that really brightens flavors of quince paste, crystallized honey, lemon meringue pie, with a pretty floral note. Very juicy and finely balanced, with a hint of salty minerality that builds toward the long finish.

Incredibly pure, high-toned nose offers penetrating floral lift and tangy botrytis tones to the mirabelle, strawberry and peach aromas. Superripe and seamless, with an explosive quality to the yellow fruit, strawberry liqueur and custard flavors allied with a degree of finesse that’s rare for pinot gris at this extreme level of ripeness. The endless finish features a wonderfully perfumed smoky botrytis quality.
