A compelling nose unveils aromas of espresso, vanilla bean, candied orange peel and Luxardo cherry. Ripe, dark, luxurious fruit elements and walnuts define the palate, with undertones of more warm, caramelized coffee and sleek tannins enhancing the aura of sophistication.

The 2023 Sette is a pure Merlot, in this case from two of the seven Merlot parcels on the estate. Dark and sumptuous in the glass, the 2023 offers notable fruit intensity in the more vibrant style Sette Ponti prefers these days. Macerated cherry, spice, tobacco, cedar and a kiss of new French oak all build in the glass.

A complex nose unveils layers of black cherries and blackberries lifted by cloves, mocha and cinnamon. Full-bodied, round and dense, with velvety tannins melting in a refreshing combination of star anise, rosemary and juicy black cherries. Drink now or try after 2029.

Wild aromas of white truffles, chocolate, fresh herbs, blackberries and a hint of basil. Medium-bodied with ultra-fine tannins that run the length of the wine and give it structure and light chewiness. Juicy at the end.
