Alluring for its sleek polish and precision, this sparkler has tiers of Asian pear, strawberry, fresh almond and ginger flavors that unfurl slowly.
This very pale straw colored Sparkling Wine from Domaine Carneros displays lots of random medium and small streaming bubbles. It opens with a moist bread dough and faint lemon bouquet with hints of apricot croissant and honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, foamy, bright, and refreshing. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime blend with notes of white tea, Anjou pear, and toasted almond. The finish is dry and pleasantly fade away

Lemons, grapefruit, apricots and peach crumble on the nose. Some jasmine and honey, too. Creamy, round and soft with silky bubbles and a tasty finish.
Bright, lively, very well balanced and tropical fruit.
