Vivid light red. With a fresh aroma of sweet ripe strawberries, one expects sweetness on the palate, too. But it’s bone dry and deeply flavored of ripe berries, sour cherry, and even a hint of stone fruit. There’s good effervescence, a mineral backbone, a dry finish, and low alcohol, too!
