Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant leaf, chocolate and mushroom. It’s full-bodied with firm, fine tannins. Spicy, lightly bitter and salty on the palate. Bright finish.
Very typical of the varietal in this price range in Chile, it is a purplish-garnet in color with a nose of red jam, cassis, and balsamic notes. Simple, indulgent and juicy on the palate; the oak returns during the lingering finish.
This has an assertive oak presence with a very toasty, spicy sheen across the ripe plums, red currants and violets. The palate has a super juicy feel with long, plush and very vibrant, intense, spicy dark-berry flavors.
