Although this is pale for a Tavel rosé, it is an exceptional wine for the appellation! Brimming with strawberry, redcurrant and peach aromas, this is very fresh and vivid on the medium-bodied palate, building to a long, elegant and mineral finale. From organically grown grapes.

Offering minerality and crisp red fruit, this wine has a delicacy that stands out in a flight of more powerful Tavel wines. Raspberry, watermelon and strawberry flavors are tart but juicy, marked by pert acidity and a sheen of cut rocks.

Juicy and plush but pertly balanced, this full-bodied rosé offers sun-kissed strawberry and sour-cherry flavors offset by crisp acidity and an elegant herbal finish. Delightful as an aperitif or with food.
