The 2024 Volnay 1er Cru (Maison Louis Jadot) is a blend of premiers crus Robardelles, Chanlins, Carelles and Santenots (the latter purchased fruit). Offering up notes of sweet raspberries, cherries, plums and petals, it’s medium- to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, with good texture and depth. This is a success.
