This Lambrusco is giving and upfront on the nose with juicy ripe black plums and blackberries central to its expression. Violets and savory herbs add to the wine as it opens. It’s lush and soft on the palate with a foamy mousse finishing with more vibrant dark fruits and a pop of acidity.
Fresh strawberries, pomegranates, grapefruit and flowers on the nose. Crisp and fragrant, with zesty acidity, a fine fizz and dry, well-balanced finish.
A blend of Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Marani with aromas of sugared violets, fine acidity, and flavors of beet and pomegranate surrounding an earthy
core. When the soft bubbles subside, they leave behind a dry and chalky mouthfeel.
Dried plums and mulberries here, as well as licorice and blackberry pudding. Medium-bodied,quite delicate and silky, the bubbles taking on a bead-like form.
Bright ruby red in color, the wine has a distinct violet scent. Dry yet fruity with fresh, pleasantly harmonious flavors and a lively effervescence.
