Aromas of sea breeze, Meyer lemon, lime and botanical herbs carry over to the crisp palate along with a hint of grapefruit. Saline and a hint of honeyed nut linger on the tangy close.
This tropical adventure of 80% Vermentino and 20%
Chardonnay offers aromas and flavors of kiwi and pineapple that meander with wet stone and searing acidity. Cashew, key
lime, and grapefruit peel add to the texture and flavor profile.
Apricots, dried apples, waxed lemons, chamomile and herbs on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright, textured layers. Some yoghurt notes on the dense, flavorful finish.
Crackling with energy, high-toned acidity marks this blend of 80% Vermentino and 20% Chardonnay. The wine stays on the lees for about 40 days before resting in small concrete vats for three months. Highly aromatic notes of lemon cake and sage are followed by just-squeezed tangerine and a vanilla-cashew creaminess.
