Peach and lemon flavors are framed by butter and vanilla in this plump, juicy white. The vibrant, underlying structure keeps this lively and drives the long, spice-filled aftertaste.

A sleek, well-defined white highlighted by apricot, pineapple, mango and citrus flavors. Reveals a discreet touch of oak that adds a spice detail, yet overall this is racy and marked by a bracing structure. The finish is a bit pinched now, so give this some time.

The 2024 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Garenne (Duc de Magenta) is one of the highlights of the range this year, revealing aromas of peach, pear and waxy citrus zest followed by a medium- to full-bodied palate with good density and ripeness. Textural and layered, it stands out for its completeness.

The 2024 Puligny-Montrachet Clos de la Garenne 1er Cru has a very cohesive bouquet with a little more tension than the La Garenne cuvée: touches of grilled walnut and almond, a dab of crushed stone. The palate is well balanced with a smooth entry. Again, the acidity is just a bit lower than expected, fine depth, quite rounded on the finish with hints of camomile coming through with time. I like the persistence of this wine and it should develop well in bottle.

This is also beautifully pure, airy and cool with its combination of markedly floral white orchard fruit aromas tinged with a variety of citrus elements. The suave and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors exude plenty of minerality.
