Pure and elegant, this enticing red draws you in with fresh cherry, raspberry, floral and spice aromas and flavors. Lithe and beautifully defined, picking up details of mineral and black pepper as this winds down effortlessly on the long-lasting finish. Hard to resist enjoying this now.

This is pure, racy and packed with tension and energy. Strawberry, cherry, rose hip, mineral and spice flavors abound, backed by a dense, resonant texture. The dimension and layers become evident as this builds to a long, kaleidoscopic finish.

The 2024 Echézeaux Grand Cru (Domaine Louis Jadot) offers up aromas of sweet plums, red berries, orange zest and baking spices, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, supple and fleshy palate framed by new oak, concluding with a moderately persistent finish.

A much spicier if less earthy nose is more deeply pitched with its aromas of poached plum, exotic tea, black cherry and a whiff of sandalwood. The round, supple and surprisingly forward mid-palate of the medium-bodied flavors contrasts immediately with the very firm, markedly powerful and moderately austere finish. This too is excellent.
