Deep lemon and tending toward gold in color, the wine opens with layered aromas of Gala and Fuji apples, hay, and toasted bread. The palate is bright with lemon-citrus wrapped acidity that tussles with white blossom. This wine was built for aging. Decant and drink now or cellar for a decade or more.

What you would expect from an important and influential producer such as Jadot. Classic Chablis style with concentration on the palate allied to crisp citrus acidity and a touch of minerality to finish. A very nicely put together wine which has lots to commend it.

Mineral and precise with aromas of Meyer lemons, flint, apple blossoms and nectarines. The midweight palate has a tightly wound mouthfeel and bright acidity, offering lovely length and tension with a slightly saline finish. Good energy.

White peach, green apple and oyster shell aromas follow through to a mouthwatering, fresh and creamy palate. Medium-bodied with excellent balance. Drink now.
