An elegant, medium- to full-bodied red, with a dark mix of black currant and black plum fruit flavors that are fresh and focused. Features fine details of star anise, espresso, iron, violet and smoke that are a fragrant skein winding through the fruit, with sculpted tannins firming the finish. Carignano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Aromas of blackberries, blueberries, porcini, baking spices, rosemary and dried flowers. It’s full-bodied with firm tannins. Tight and compact on the palate with good structure and lively acidity. Firm finish.

An elegant, medium- to full-bodied red, but with a gusty core of tannins and tightly knit flavors ripe black raspberry and blackberry fruit, delicate herbes de Provence, green olive and a touch of melted black licorice. It’s fresh and focused, with a rich vein of tangy mineral echoing on the finish.
Crushed wild berries, violets, incense and sweet spices lift up from the 2016 Barrua. It is silky in texture with a polished display of red and black fruits, well balanced by tactile mineral notes that form toward the close. Hints of fine tannin linger throughout the pretty, purple-tinged finale.
