Sleek and mouthwatering, this appealing, aperitif-style Champagne offers flavors of poached quince, preserved lemon, ginger biscuit and oyster shell that ride the fine and creamy mousse.

The latest rendition of the NV Brut La Française is showing well, evoking aromas of confit citrus, herbs, spring blossoms and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, enveloping and fleshy, it’s perfectly balanced, with bright acids and a mouthwatering, delicate finish.

Fresh croissants, green apples, grapefruit and light walnuts on the nose of this crisp, balanced Champagne. Medium-bodied, seamless and sleek.

A medium yellow hue, the NV Champagne Brut Reserve has a 2021 base and is the calling card of this estate. Offering fantastic, pure notes, it’s a delightful, ripe, and warming wine, with a pillowy mousse and notes of pineapple, orchard fruit, and brioche. Full-bodied, it has a rounded and supple texture, with a long finish. It’s ready to drink now and should also hang on another 6-8 years easily. Drink 2025-2035.
