A salty red, featuring black currant, blackberry, plum, iron and Tuscan scrub flavors. Its dense lattice of tannins leaves a compact feel and strong grip on the lingering finish

A fresh and crunchy white with sliced green-apple, celery and seashell character. It’s medium-bodied, crisp and delicious. Drink now.

Currants and sandalwood with hints of bay leaf and rosemary flower. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins that give a caressing texture and a long, pretty finish. Drinkable now, but better in a year or two.

The aromas of currants, chocolate and fresh herbs, such as fresh thyme and sage, are very attractive. It’s medium-bodied with medium-chewy tannins and a juicy finish. Slightly rough at the end now, showing wood. Needs three or four years to soften

The nose is primarily warm, meaty and sanguine, but also saline, herbaceous and slightly tart, with a dash of salt and pepper tying the fresh to the savory. The palate strikes a similar balance between the levity of mint and berries and the dusty warmth of coffee and chocolate.
