Beth Palahí, winemaker at Poema, was born in Barcelona in 1990. Beth has been a part of the winemaking team for Poema Cava since 2017 where she applies her background in biology and enology. She oversees the entire winemaking process – from the vineyard operations to the bottling and aging process. With dedication to perfection, Beth pays attention to every detail, ensuring the production of exceptional quality wines. Her deep passion for winemaking and her unwavering commitment to her craft are evident in every bottle of Poema Cava.
