Our Team

Yusuke Nakao is the 7th generation of the Nakao Brewery, who became General Manager in 2025, following the passing of his father Tsuyoshi Nakao, carrying on the family legacy. He graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture in 2016 and built early experience across other sake breweries, liquor retailers, and the National Research Institute of Brewing. He joined Nakao Brewery in 2019, where he started in sake production and later managed sales.
