This deep ruby Chilean Carmenère has a very fragrant nose of blackberry, fresh dug earth, and notes of tar, tobacco, and kitchen spices. It is very silky, balanced, and dry on the palate, with a medium-plus body and medium acidity. Slightly concentrated and juicy. It is very approachable. I found flavors of blackberry, rhubarb, coffee, toasty oak, and black olive. It closes with fine-grained tannins and a dry long finish.
Zesty yet smooth and well-knit, this blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay delivers aromas of brioche, cinnamon-dusted peach and apricot, lemon, and a hint of flint along with flavors of more stone fruit, poached pear, and lemon bar, plus a dash of thyme and Marcona almond on the finish
Pale shell-pink in the glass, this vibrant expression of Loire Valley Cabernet Franc bounces along from start to finish. Racy pink grapefruit and fig accent the scents of strawberry and sour cherry that merge with jaunty acidity on the fairly full palate, gaining intrigue from touches of apricot, anise, and almond
On the lightly yeasty nose of this confident blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, lemon-lime veers toward yuzu while pear crops up dotted with kitchen herbs. The palate, for its creamy yet balanced part, takes a lively turn toward green apple and stone fruit such as yellow plum and apricot, finishing with refreshing hints of ginger and cucumber
Scents of brioche, raspberry, vanilla-poached fig, and a wealth of florals including rose and violet shimmer across this 100% Cabernet Franc. Juicy yet silky, the palate is in line with the nose while adding touches of peach, pomegranate, and peppery fennel to the mix
