February 28, 2019 91+ Points View From The Cellar

The wine offers up a fine nose of black cherries, black plums, raw cocoa, a fine base of soil, incipient notes of cola, woodsmoke and a discreet base of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, focused and nicely structured, with a good core of fruit, fine transparency, ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long, tangy and very well-balanced finish.
