Louis Jadot Côte d'Or Burgundies Corton-Pougets Grand Cru 2003
February 08, 2019 93 Points VinousMedia.com

Good full medium red. Plummy, deeply pitched nose offers aromas of chocolate, coffee, mocha, smoke, musky gamey and underbrush. Hugely ripe, tactile, chewy and sweet but still quite young, conveying a strong impression of solidity. This seriously thick, sweet wine finishes with remarkably plush tannins from fully ripe skins and a building whiplash of flavor.
