Château des Jacques Morgon Côte du Py 2019
November 12, 2021 93+ Points View From The Cellar

The wine is beautifully pure and precise on the nose, wafting from the glass in a mix of cherries, pomegranate, pigeon, a nice touch of nutskin, a complex base of soil, a touch of mustard seed and a good foundation of cedary oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, focused and soil-driven, with an outstanding core of fruit, excellent balance and grip, tangy acids, ripe tannins and a long, complex and extremely promising finish.
