This wild and funky wine is a joy. Aromas suggest watermelon juice, game and dried roses. The palate is similar to a sour beer but livelier, with tart wild berries and an earthy finish.

Notes of bruised apples, rose petals and dried citrus peel. Crisp and tangy with a gentle fizz and vivid acidity. Hints of sour cherries and spices with a toned, phenolic finish

Vivid light red. With a fresh aroma of sweet ripe strawberries, one expects sweetness on the palate, too. But it’s bone dry and deeply flavored of ripe berries, sour cherry, and even a hint of stone fruit. There’s good effervescence, a mineral backbone, a dry finish, and low alcohol, too!

Lightly ruby in color, this tangy sparkler offers a fine, raw silk–like texture, an underpinning of salinity and delicate notes of dried white cherry, Marcona almond, citrus and dried tarragon.
