Pale peach-colored rosé with aromas of fresh strawberries, chopped apples, cranberries and rose petals. It’s light-to medium-bodied with a fresh, crisp and fruity palate.

Pale blush pink. A rosé made entirely from the white grape variety Pinot Grigio, it opens with a floral character that evokes rose petals. Crisp and fresh on the attack with nice fullness, light orchard fruit flavors and lemony acidity, finishing with good length.

The 2020 Pinot Grigio Rosato is spicy and fresh, as wild herbs and green citrus zest give way to nectarine. It’s soft in texture, motivated by salty minerals and brisk acids, while coming across as more savory than sweet. Tension remains high as this concludes with a fruity, tropical flourish.

One to surprise your friends with, because this rosé was made with white instead of red grapes, as is normally the case. A very pretty, light rosé that is lively and clean. Nice substance on the rather sleek mid-palate, then a crisp finish with some nice, grapey character.

This wine gets its pretty pink color thanks to some brief contact with the skins of the grape. The Bollini 2019 Pinot Grigio Rosato offers varietal aromas of apple, peach and citrus. This Rosato version throws in some informal cassis and pink grapefruit for good measure. This is a tonic and crisp wine (closed in a screw cap capsule) for easy drinking
