Featuring good polish and definition, this rosé offers inner density, with rose petal, red licorice and cherry flavors shored up by a salty beam of acidity. Round and rich, with energy to match, this shows impressive refinement through the chalky finish.

This is a mouthwatering, gorgeously perfumed rosé marked by heady notes of cherry blossom and watermelon etched by veins of crushed stone and salt. Dusky pink in hue, it’s an elegant, irresistibly quaffable wine that should drink well through the summer and into the fall and winter seasons with flair.

Juicy, with a forthright mix of peach, raspberry and bitter cherry fruit backed by light tobacco and savory notes on the finish. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Clairette and Mourvèdre.

Although this is pale for a Tavel rosé, it is an exceptional wine for the appellation! Brimming with strawberry, redcurrant and peach aromas, this is very fresh and vivid on the medium-bodied palate, building to a long, elegant and mineral finale. From organically grown grapes.

Offering minerality and crisp red fruit, this wine has a delicacy that stands out in a flight of more powerful Tavel wines. Raspberry, watermelon and strawberry flavors are tart but juicy, marked by pert acidity and a sheen of cut rocks.
