Light mint and grassy aromas are backed by black cherry, blackberry, violet and earth flavors in this taut red. Dense and sinewy as this plays out on the finish, where spice accents emerge.

A moderately high-toned nose offers up notes of mostly various wild red berries, earth and a hint of wood spice. The pliant, rounded and easy-going lighter weight flavors possess good delineation and sneaky good length and the mildly rustic finale.

A dark, blackberry- and black cherry–laced red, with earth and iron accents, a reserved character and a dense structure. Oak spice elements emerge on the lingering finish.

This wine’s fruit has potent clarity, the deep red fruit-skin flavor on the spectrum between black cherry and cranberry. There’s some stemminess and a feral or fennel spice aspect, adding to the meaty, slightly rustic tannins.

Bright cherry, currant and strawberry fruit flavors are backed by a dense matrix of dusty tannins in this compact red. Balanced, lingering with a hint of cumin on the finish. The saturated flavors are intense.
