Offers a mix of gently steeped red and black cherry fruit laced with hints of hazelnut and licorice root, ending with a flash of red tea. Nicely done.

An ebullient style, with slightly warm cherry compote and fruitcake notes forming the core, picking up light sandalwood and hazelnut accents through the finish. The fruit is very engaging.

A restrained style, with gently mulled cherry and blackberry fruit flavors that meld into cinnamon, black tea and anise notes. Offers a pretty, lingering wood spice accent.

A nicely constructed Tawny with fine weight and a lingering finish.

On the dry side, this has plenty of fruit for an aged tawny, although it does actually taste older than its 10-years indication. That gives it a good depth of flavor as well as wood acidity that shines through at the end.
