A pink color and dusty, wooly aromas open this rosé made from equal parts Malbec and Pinot Noir grapes. The palate on this brut shows balance and good flow, while flavors of sweet red apple, mild citrus fruits and spent yeast are pleasing but not overly complex. Yeasty bread notes stick out on a smooth and lasting finish.
