A brisk young sauvignon with pleasant gooseberry and light mineral character. Bright and crisp. Super-clean and delicious.

This has aromas of gooseberry, green apple, white pepper, lime zest and bell pepper. Medium-bodied with mouthwatering acidity and a crisp, green palate.

If you like crisp and vibrant sauvignon blanc, then this could well be for you. Quite sleek and very refreshing in the Italian context, the elderberry and ice-bonbon notes leaping out of the glass. The touch of tannin gives the finish length and substance.

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc delivers all of the grassy, tart citrus and mineral tones that you would ever hope for in a Sauvignon Blanc. Its textures are soft and cool-toned with ripe fruit, but with a bit less acidity that you’d expect, making for a more gentle and subdued expression. It’s clean through the finish, with pretty notes of grapefruit, peach tea and the slightest hint of graphite.

This white offers a grassy, herbal perfume with a wash of grapefruit. Tart key lime and green tea introduce a pleasurable mouthfeel, which is joined by balanced acidity, notes of slate and kiwi, and a citrusy sweetness.
