The NV Bubbles Gruner Veltliner 101, from Finca La Colonia, Agrelo, offers expressive notes of lime and orange bitters. Dry and nimble on the palate with refined, malic bubbles. Lively with plenty of malic tension, the finish combines herbal and citrus flavors.

The NV Bubbles Gruner Veltliner 101 from the Uco Valley was made using the Charmat method and built up its foam for 28 days. Steely light green. The citrusy nose offers hints of lime and sage. On the palate it’s explosive with broad bubbles, excellent freshness and taut power. The original sweetness remains (4.5g/L), while a phenolic dryness tickles the gums. Unusually among sparkling wines from Argentina, the flavors and aromas are entirely unexpected.
