This wine is restrained on the nose, offering delicate white blossoms and freshly cut parsley. The palate is all about texture, which is weighty, velvety and lovely. Sweet honeyed tones provide just a hint of fresh dill and tarragon. The medium-length finish is clean and tangy.

Next to the ripe mango and papaya fruit, the floral delicacy is equally striking in the nose. For a concentrated Alsace gewurz this is remarkably cool and bright with a level of clarity you don’t often find in this category. Delicate hint of sweetness. From biodynamically grown grapes.

A very succulent gewurz with tons of yellow fruit, as well as rose aromas, then some spice joins the picture as it aerates in the glass. At once very creamy, frankly off-dry yet very fresh on the palate, this is delightful now.
