Ultraripe but still nice and dry, this gentle giant feels soft and velvety while cradling late-picked plums, blackberries and oak spices in soft tannins. Best now

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve takes on a more luxurious sheen and is forward with toasted bourbon spice, cedar, menthol, and cassis. Full-bodied, with ripeness throughout, notes of juicy blackberry, turned earth, and mocha fill the palate. It’s a bolder, more toasty style to drink over the next 4-6 years.

Creamy and sumptuous, with notes of dark cherry and melted brown sugar. Spiced sandalwood, blackberry, and cassis intertwine with dark chocolate to create a luxurious mouthfeel.

Warm and savory, this cabernet is focused on its mineral-infused tannins, rich and detailed, with a green floral highlight. It’s tight, spicy and cool, a partner for curried goat.

This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant, cedar and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and quite smooth. The flavor profile is black currant, cedar and black plum blend with hints of cinnamon, red raspberry, herbal tea and faint crushed stone. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins build up and then drift away nicely.
