This understated version wows with finesse, displaying an entry with fresh tobacco and cigar box details that reveal a smooth-textured frame. Shows a sneaky concentration of blackberry and cassis, offering excellent length, with iron twinges to the finish and round, polished tannins.

Opens with an elegant array of fresh raspberry, pink peppercorn and river mint flavors before turning broad. Vanilla bean and cassis notes cling to a richly textured blackberry core that lingers around fine tannins, echoing back to the core flavors and adding notes of dark chocolate.

This dark garnet colored Carmenère based wine from Montes opens with an asphalt and green bell pepper bouquet with hints of blackberry and coffee grounds. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and polished. The flavor profile is green bell pepper and anise blend with notes of tar and black olive. We also detected hints of graphite, oak, blackberry, oolong tea, & dark chocolate. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity and moderate tannins are nicely extended

Chocolate, ripe plums and a touch of baked cherries. Plush and medium- to full-bodied on the palate with rich, juicy fruit and nicely grained tannins. Rich and opulent in style, but fresh and balanced.

Roses, moss, red berries and cherries. Juicy and fruity on the palate, with good fleshy fruit and soft tannins. Solid, flavorful finish. Always a consistent pinot from Aconcagua. Most of the fruit come from Casablanca
