Jolly Rancher pink in color, this joyful rosato pops out of the bottle with aromas of cherry, cranberry and wild herbs. The dry palate is well-structured with tart red fruits and a texture showing a touch of tannins. A rosato for those looking for more substance.

This wine opens with subtle aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, pressed yellow flowers and peach pit. The expansive palate has both weight and lift, with fresh and candied citrus, crushed stone and mouthwatering acidity on the finish. This is really good!

I also detected some hints of white pepper, almonds, and saline. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged.
