This wine opens with subtle aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, pressed yellow flowers and peach pit. The expansive palate has both weight and lift, with fresh and candied citrus, crushed stone and mouthwatering acidity on the finish. This is really good!

The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon verbena and green apple blend with notes of green tea, chalky minerality and honeydew melon.
