This has a nice polished core of warmed boysenberry and plum compote flavors, with a melted black licorice note draped on the finish. A warm, friendly wine.

A sleek and reserved style, with dark cherry and plum fruit infused with hints of mulling spices, red tea and dried anise. The focused finish has nice persistence.

Chocolate, walnut and ripe berry aromas, with some figs and plums showing the heat of the vintage. Full-bodied and very sweet with dried fruits and a softness and lusciousness. Shows the unique character of base of the blend, Quinta do Roeda.
