This Pinot Grigio opens with aromas of ripe pear, lemon peel, white flowers and a touch of sea breeze. The palate offers zesty acidity, with flavors of green apple and a touch of mineral finishing with layers of textural notes that are really intriguing and draw you deeper into the wine
Subtle aromas of white stone fruit, chalky lemons, chamomile and crushed stones. Fresh and mineral with a medium body and juicy acidity. Polished and textural and very attractive.
This pale straw-colored summer crowd pleaser opens with an inviting earthy and fruity bouquet with hints of lemongrass, grapefruit, and tangerine. The medium body is smooth and crisp with balanced acidity and minerality. The flavor profile is a citrus blend including lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple with Notes of light green apple, herbs and apricot. I also detected some hints of light green pepper. This balanced wine finishes dry, lingers, and fades away nicely. I would recommend serving this Italian Sauvignon Blanc on your deck or patio with a summertime favorite such as gazpacho or grilled curry shrimp skewers with cilantro yogurt dip.
A very nice zesty Italian Pinot Grigio to have on hand for the warmer months ahead. In the glass it has a bright pale straw color, and inviting pineapple, white peach, beeswax, and wet granite aromas. Crisp and dry on the palate, medium bodied, medium acidity, balanced, refreshing and fresh. There are flavors of spiced Bosc pear, pineapple, honeydew, and saline. The finish is dry and is quite long. This versatile quaffer would pair well with tarragon chicken salad on a baguette, while soaking up the sun on your deck
This Italian, Friuli DOC, Pinot Grigo is very clean and refreshing. Pale straw colored, it has a shy bouquet of honeysuckle, Bartlett pear and pineapple. On the palate, it is medium-minus bodied with crisp plus acidity and good balance. The flavors are a blend of pineapple, spiced pear, and saline. The finish is dry and lasts quite a while.
