An engaging style, with a nice burst of gently steeped raspberry and strawberry notes backed by red licorice and red tea. This extroverted crowd-pleaser’s structure is on the brambly side and helps drive the finish along nicely.

This is very dry, with sliced apples and lemons and an intensity of bread dough and brioche. It’s medium-bodied with vivid acidity and a crisp finish. Oyster and salt undertones.

A beautifully framed sparkling wine with sliced cooked pears and croissants and hints of salted butter. Almost steely. Medium-bodied with lively acidity and tight phenolics that give form and structure. Dry finish with bread dough at the end. One of the best sparkling wines in California.
