This has weight and depth for a rosé, with gently mulled strawberry, white raspberry and peach fruit flavors backed by a plump, wet stone-accented finish. Plenty of fun on its own, but with the substance for food, too. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

Although this is pale for a Tavel rosé, it is an exceptional wine for the appellation! Brimming with strawberry, redcurrant and peach aromas, this is very fresh and vivid on the medium-bodied palate, building to a long, elegant and mineral finale. From organically grown grapes.
