Subtle damson hints, nicely tucked in and focussed on the palate with a distinctly saline finish.

Ripe and fresh, with bright melon, white peach and yellow apple notes laced with honeysuckle and verbena. Just a kiss of meringue on the finish completes this tasty offering. Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

This has weight and depth for a rosé, with gently mulled strawberry, white raspberry and peach fruit flavors backed by a plump, wet stone-accented finish. Plenty of fun on its own, but with the substance for food, too. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

Juicy, with a forthright mix of peach, raspberry and bitter cherry fruit backed by light tobacco and savory notes on the finish. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Clairette and Mourvèdre.

Although this is pale for a Tavel rosé, it is an exceptional wine for the appellation! Brimming with strawberry, redcurrant and peach aromas, this is very fresh and vivid on the medium-bodied palate, building to a long, elegant and mineral finale. From organically grown grapes.
