The Simple Grape California Pinot Noir is all-natural, sustainable, zero-sugar, low carb, vegan-friendly and gluten free. The Simple Grape wines are a naturally delicious choice one can feel confident about enjoying as part of a balanced lifestyle. Individual Pinot Noir blocks are harvested at night and briefly cold soaked to ensure maximum flavor. The blocks are fermented separately in stainless steel before being racked into oak for aging.
Harvest Note
The hot and dry weather conditions during the 2020 growing season led to an early start to harvest in August. The yields were generally lower than in previous years, but the fruit was of exceptional quality with excellent flavor and color.
Tasting Note
Full of spice and red and black fruit notes of cherry and blackberry. Round and complex on your palate, you will find in this wine a richness that belies the wine's healthy attributes.
