Jadot’s numerous long-term relationships with wine growers guarantee that the highest-quality fruit is sourced every year from vineyards across the Burgundy appellation. To further elevate the quality, Jadot practices réplis, or declassifying some wines of higher appellations, which are added to the final blend.

Harvest Note
Burgundy’s 2015 growing season began with a mild, wet winter and spring, for what turned out to be a hot, dry summer. The rain that did fall in summer was uneven and the dry temperatures temporarily stopped grapes from ripening. While yields were low, excellent wines were produced. The 2015 vintage is set to be a great one.
Tasting Note
Purple hue with violet glints. The vintage produced mature wines with intense aromas of red (cherries, gooseberries) and black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants). Tannins are well integrated and supported by a vibrant freshness in the finish.
Food Pairing
Enjoy with grilled or red meats, roasts, mild game, soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie.

About the Grape

Pinot Noir
In France, makes a silky, deceptively powerful wine of elegant, complex aromas and subtle, red fruit flavors, with earthy, floral, mushroom and mineral notes. In California, shows ripe, sweet characters.
