Alta Vista’s 516 acres of estate vineyards are situated in the best terroirs of Mendoza, at a minimum of 3,200 feet above sea level. Each vineyard receives expert treatment tailored to each individual grape variety via specific methods called Terroir Management®. These Torrontes vineyards are among the the best terroirs of Salta, at 5,400 feet elevation.

Harvest Note
The 2021 growing season was very typical - allowing for healthy and full maturation of the grapes. The region saw little rain, with warm daytime temperatures and cool nights. These Torrontés grapes are harvested and pressed in Cafayate and then transported to the winery in Mendoza via refrigerated trucks. Alcoholic fermentation begins and is continuously controlled at low temperatures to maximize aromas. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out in order to preserve acidity and fresh aromas.
Tasting Note
Pale yellow, clean and bright. Intense tropical floral and citrus aromas of lemon peel, tangerine, lychee, jasmine, and acacia. Crisp acidity on the palate with citrus and honey notes and an elegant saline finish.
