The well-draining soils consist of silt loam and varying levels of clay. The resulting wine has a riper, more tropical fruit profile.

Harvest Note
The 2019 harvest had a warm, dry ripening period . With only minor rain events through vintage, picking decisions were based purely on the optimal ripeness of the grapes. The resulting wines show incredible depth, concentration and balance.
Tasting Note
Pale lime to pale straw. Lifted citrus notes interwoven with distinctive tones of passion fruit pulp. The palate has an intriguing slatey palate that carries voluminous citrus fruit. The crunchy acidity perfectly balances the sweet varietal fruit. The finish is long and pure.
