The Vintage Brut Cuvée is the signature wine of Domaine Carneros. It encompasses the widest range of estate clones and vineyard blocks of the winery’s collection. harvest note

Mother Nature was generous in 2013 and a bountiful crop was harvested after a classic long and cool growing season for which Carneros is famous. With almost perfect sun to ripen the fruit, the crop hung on the vines until early October, thus maximizing flavor development.

tasting note

Aromas of white flowers, apple pie, and citrus peel are enhanced with notes of toast and vanilla. The wine is elegantly structured, round and flavorful with a signature long, creamy finish.

food pairing

Delicious with double or triple cream cheeses, fish and shellfish, poultry, Asian and California cuisine.
