harvest note

The 2019 harvest started off with a mild mild winter, which helped kickstart vine development earlier than usual, cooler conditions in April and May slowed this down. June brought very hot weather which caused some stress on the fruit and foliage. The hottest part of the summer was bookended by major rain which helped stave off heat stress for the most part. Overall the harvest was a good size and produced a healthy crop.

tasting note

This pale pink rosé has a lot of tangerine, floral nuances and fresh zesty characters to offer. The mouth is round and seamless on the palate. The finish has a very good vivacity and lead to a very fruity, juicy and energetic cut.

food pairing

Ideal for picnic in the sun, grilled fish, spaghetti with tomatoe sauce.
