The Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru is one of the greatest expressions of Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs. It is fermented in oak barrels, and then matured for 18 to 20 months in barrel before bottling.

This powerful, complex, full-bodied wine shows delicate aromas and great length. It will develop in the bottle for a minimum of 10 years.

Serve with rich haute cuisine: fish and shellfish in cream sauce, pâtés and strong cheeses.
