La Paulée 2023 will feature many of Burgundy’s finest domaines at a series of tastings, lunches, dinners, seminars, and, of course, our signature Gala Dinner. These great wines were paired with the cuisine of world-renowned chefs led by Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud. The wine service was conducted by some of our nation’s finest sommeliers.
