Educated in Bordeaux and with a Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Viticulture and Oenology, he most recently was responsible for viticulture at several important estates in Meursault and the Mâcon. Prior to this he has worked in the Willamette Valley OR (Rose & Arrow Estate), New Zealand (Montford Estate), Pomerol & Saint-Emilion (Jean-Pierre Moueix estates), Napa Valley CA (Dominus Estate), and in Burgundy at Maison Louis Latour.
